Simps Modern Beverage was founded in 2014 by bartenders Dave Simpson and Gerry Jobe to push the boundaries of what beverage can be.

The company created the world’s first Vegan Caesar Mix, launched Canada’s first Coffee Syrups brand, and operates a Kelowna-based retail shop specializing in non-alcoholic beverages.

As a tip-to-tail beverage company, Simps produces rich cane sugar syrups, soda concentrates, mocktail and cocktail solutions, beverage dispensing systems, and cutting-edge innovations like the world’s first water-soluble adaptogens.

Simps syrups are crafted at a 5:1 sugar-to-water ratio, designed to carry flavour through heat and dilution, and are shelf-stable for 365 days.
